LISTEN: Jadakiss - Who Run This ft. Jay-Z

DOWNLOAD Jadakiss - Who Run This ft. Jay-Z (MP3)

Allegedly off of J.A.D.A.K.I.S.S.. This is actually one of the better tracks Jada has released in a minute. Unfortunately the Jigga feature is merely some adlibs, and they're probably old. The Roc! We want our spot back.

VIDEO: Jadakiss, Styles P & Sheek Louch Speak On New Album

Jadakiss, Styles P & Sheek Louch speak on their new D Block album Prepare For Glory, out August 19th.

Edit: Because Babygrand decided to only release a video that automatically starts playing right away, I had to take that shit down. Get with the times Babygrand, don't push, pull. Check out the video here instead.

Edit 2: Someone liberated the video and threw it up on DailyMotion. Can't stop it Babygrand. Came across it at Eskay's.

VIDEO: The LOX - I'm A Ruff Ryder & Alone In The Streets

The LOX performed at BB King's in NYC a few nights ago. Per tradition there's roughly 900 people on stage, but they weren't really necessary as Jadakiss, Styles P and Sheek Louch bring the heat and the clarity all by themselves. Great performance.

NEWS: Beanie Sigel On Jadakiss Coming To The Roc

Beanie Sigel was interviewed by LAist and asked for his opinion on Jadakiss joining Roc-A-Fella.

"It’s great for hip hop. It’s a great look. This is going bring back that energy hip hop is lacking right now. We’ll definitely be working together in the future. In fact, we just did the Roc Boys remix together. Yeah, that remix is me, Jada and Jay. There will definitely be more to come from me and Jada." Can't wait to hear that one.

DOWNLOAD Jadakiss - Welcome to the Roc (Freestyle) (MP3)

Jadakiss backstage at Radio City Music Hall. More pics here.

This Jadakiss freestyle doesn't make any reference to the Roc so it's a bit of a misnomer. Maybe it's revenge for the fumble on his initiation at the Jay-Z show at Hammerstein a few weeks back.

I'm very curious to see what Roc-A-Fella will do with Jadakiss as part of their camp now. With his skills he can't be playing second violin to anyone. Will the Roc bring in their production team and together a new sound for 'Kiss?

LISTEN: Freeway - Walk Wit Me ft. Busta Rhymes & Jadakiss

DOWNLOAD Freeway - Walk Wit Me ft. Busta Rhymes & Jadakiss (MP3)

Freeway, Busta Rhymes & Jadakiss, now that's a nice line up right there. Especially with Busta drops one of his better verses of the last two years, and Jada's first official verse as a Roc-A-Fella family member. I wonder if he's going to rock a Roc chain ever too. Off of Free At Last.

NEWS: Jadakiss Embarrassed On Stage With Jay-Z

Ouch, this must've stung. About the Jadakiss appearance at the Jay-Z show at Hammerstein Ballroom last night.

Jadakiss @ Radio City Music Hall. More photos here.

Tom reports: "...During "Roc Boys," the last song of the evening, most of Jay's Roc-A-Fella guys walked onstage, Jada quietly joining them. A verse in, Jay stopped the song to announce Jada as the newest member of the crew. But when Green Lantern threw on the "All About the Benjamins" instrumental, Jada wasn't having it. "That's Puff's shit," he said. "Put on one of my joints." What followed was an excruciating, endless pause, Green frantically checking his laptop to see if he had any Jadakiss tracks. Finally, he found one: "The Champ is Here." Jada: "Man, I don't know that song. Why you gotta put me on the spot like that? They don't want that." (I wanted that, but whatever.) After another excruciating pause, after Beanie Sigel actually went behind the DJ tables to help Green Lantern find another Jadakiss track, someone finally decided fuck it and put "Roc Boys" back on. Jada looked miserable." More about the show here.

NEWS: Styles P Recruits Black Thought & Ghostface Killah

Billboard reports that Styles P's upcoming new album Supa Gangsta, Extraordinary Gentleman, not the greatest title, will have guest features from an unexpected Black Thought and Wu-Tang Clan's Ghostface Killah. The latter is coincidentally releasing his own new solo outing Big Dough Rehad on the same day, December 4th.

Other collaborators include Swizz Beatz, Akon, Ray J, Max B. and more. Styles also announced The Lox are working on their next group album, most likely for a 4th quarter release in 2008 after the next Sheek Louch solo album.
