Wow, big weekend for Kanye West produced posse cut. This one weights in at 12 minutes Game style. The vocal production on this is horrendous and I don't even know what's going on with the beat during Wale's verse. Ludacris destroys most, but I'm still feeling Kanye West's verse more because of the heart.

An M.I.A. vocal sample cradles four verses by four of the biggest rappers out there. Kanye West put a little, well...a lot of T-Pain on his vocals and surprisingly delivers the strongest verse of the whole track. Lil' Wayne put even more T-Pain on himself. T.I. finally gets a little lyrical again. And I just had to use this picture. Jigga does Jigga but doesn't really deliver any memorable lines IMHO. But I'm always extra hard on the GOAT. If Weezy would've delivered this verse I would've called it his first great verse probably.

Jay-Z takes the opportunity to shoot a little line or two at Oasis' Noel Gallagher over this Kanye West producing first track off of Blueprint 3. That bloke from Oasis said I can’t play guitar/Somebody should've told him I’m a f*cking Roc star/Today is gonna be the day I'm gonna throw it back to you.

Noel for his part recently said: I wasn’t saying I was better than Jay-Z as a person or rock was greater than hip-hop as a thing or whatever it is.“I said what I said, and it was wrong, or it was taken wrong, and now all this. For my own part I can sit here and say I never dissed that guy. I never would. But there’s no point in going on about it, because you end up sounding like Heather Mills: ‘I said this! Look who Diddy's former butler Farnsworth Bentley got on this track and even got in the video dancing all smooth and shit. Kanye West looks all motivated to make an impression and Andre 3000 is his smooth self. Bentley's rhyme and voice is pretty bad, but it's a fun watch nonetheless.

NEWS: Pearl Jam Screws Kanye West

Ouch Pearl Jam, why'd you go an do that?

West had been scheduled to take the main stage at the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival at 2:45 a.m. Sunday morning. While the sleepy thousands in the audience waited, a message on the jumbotrons told them West’s show would be delayed until 3:15 a.m., and when that didn’t happen, that he would start at 3:30. West didn’t hit the stage until 4:25 a.m.

The delay was caused by problems setting up West’s elaborate stage set, which included an interplanetary landscape of a wavy black platform with a slanted floor in the middle and a video screen above. West performed a spectacular galactic-themed concert complete with interaction with his spaceship, a disembodied female voice named Jane (a kind of sexier HAL).

Ken Weinstein, a spokesman for the annual festival held on a 700-acre site south of Nashville, said the delay was simply a matter of unloading the Pearl Jam stage (the band went an hour past its scheduled end time, playing until about 1:15 a.m.) and loading the West stage. (Source)
