I saw this over Eskay's earlier today, but since I'm not really into Mike Jones I chose to not watch his new animated video for 'Drop & Gimme 50' featuring Hurricane Chris. Then it was sent to me in 5 different IM's and I decided to watch it. Baffled. Truly baffled.

VIDEO: Hurrican Chris Freestyle @ DJ Green Lantern

Hurricane Chris freestyles, no really, over Jay-Z's 'Where I'm From' beat. It starts off a little shoddy, but surprisingly he actually has some nice flows in there. From the Green Lantern Show on Sirius. they actually have to stop him because there wasn't any more beat left. Which according to Green Lantern was a first.

PHOTOS: Boost Mobile Rock Corps At Radio City Music Hall

Last night I attended the Boost Mobile Rock Corps benefit show at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. I got a chance to hang out back stage to take some shots. People that performed include Ludacris, Busta Rhymes, Jadakiss, Swizz Beatz, Just Blaze, Biz Markie, Marley Marl, Hurricane Chris, Spliff Star, Yung Joc, Keshia Cole, and a mesmerizingly beautiful Eve who was on the wrong side of the stage for me to take photos of. Dagger! It was a great show with a lot of highlights and a lot of love between performers backstage. A few photos below. Find the full set here. The show itself was a great series of short sets with Busta Rhymes as the high light. Also included were rock bands Angels And Airwaves and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, both visibly nervous to play in front of a 90% Hip Hop crowd. Angels & Airwaves went over surprisingly well.
