Whoa this is like Eminem's 'Stan' meets Fatal Attraction part two video wise. Why is her hand blurred out when she sprays her clothes with lighter fluid?

I feel like this isn't the whole video? Only 2:47 and it doesn't have that clip that Kanye posted as a screen shot on his blog in January....?
